- '중심'의 중요성을 다시금 느끼다. 공식은 간단하지만, 그걸 구현하기엔 아직 내 갈 길이 너무 멀구나.
- 치요다구 합기회의 여러분들, 언제나 감사합니다.
- 사흘간 핑핑 튕겨나가다 보니, 내가 무슨 탁구공인 것처럼 느껴졌음.
- 올바른 공격이 중요하다는 것을 재확인.
2. 3/16~17 카나야 선생 특별수련
- '살아있음'의 고마움을 느끼게 만드시는 분.
- 탈력과 임기응변을 중점으로 하시고, 말씀 속에 '잡초 무도가'의 느낌을 진하게 풍기시는 분.
- '一水會' 설립, 축하드립니다.
3. 3/19~21 휴가!
- 2년 만에 고향을 찾다.
- 아내와 딸은 어머니와 마실 보내고, 밀린 잠 실컷 자고 일어나다가 허리 삐긋하다..
4. 3/22~24 중대 훈련 검열
- 원 중대장의 사정으로 훈련 일정 마지막 사흘 남기고 대타 출장.
- 허리 아픈데 서서 구령 붙이고 있자니 죽는 줄 알았음. 이리저리 뛰는 직원들 미안해서 티도 못 냄.
- 검열 후 평가: '목소리 하난 좋구먼'
5. 3/25 TV 촬영
- '合氣道'의 고수로 윤대현 선생 선정, 3/22~25 촬영. 마지막날 참가.
- 간만에 가족과 함께 63빌딩 수족관 가던 중 선생님의 호출.
- 인천→서울(63빌딩)→인천→서울(본부도장)→인천. 집에 돌아오니 새벽 1시 30분.
- 도장에서 땀 흘리다 보니 허리가 풀렸..다가, 2인투 우케 받다가 다른 우케의 무릎을 허리로 받음.. 강력 추나요법.
- 촬영분은 4/5일 방영 예정.
1. March 12th~15th, a Seminar with Yamashima sensei
- again felt the importance of the 'Center'. A very simple fomular, but so long way to get it.
- Always many thanks to the friends of 'Chiyodaku Aikikai' and their advice and kindness.
- I felt myself like a pingpong ball bouncing here and there for 3 days with Yamashima sensei.
- Reassured of the 'Correct Attacks'.
2. March 16th~17th, a special training with Kanaya sensei
- he have me appreciate 'Being Alive'.
- concentrating on 'relaxation' and 'adaptation'. His talks shows him as a 'martial artist like weeds'.
- Foundation of th '一水會'(Issuikai), O`medetou gozaimasu.
3. March 19th~21th, Holydays!
- went to the hometown since a year ago.
- let my wife and daughter go out with mother, slept overdued sleep and had the waist dislocated..
4. March 22th~24th, a company muster
- became a pinch-hitter because of the absence of the primary commander.
- pain-dead of the waist standing on commanding . coudln't show it seeing the members running here and there.
- the quote after the muster: 'Good voice'(...)
5. March 25th, TV show shooting
- Yoon sensei was chosen as the master of '合氣道' and had bee shot for 3 days(22th~25th). I joined the last day.
- Been called by sensei while going to the 63 Building Aquarium in Seoul.
- Incheon→Seoul(aquarium)→Incheon→Seoul(Shinchon hombu dojo)→Incheon. it was 0130h(am) when came back home.
- the waist seemed to be healed while sweating with training.. but during Ninin-dori as an uke, got the waist hit by the other uke's knee. Very powerful bonesetting.
- the show will be on-air on April 5th.
